Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy:
• Most Orders placed will ship within 24 Hours.
• If the order is unable to be processed and shipped the same day and is listed as "In Stock" the order will be shipped within 24-48 hours from time of order.
• All orders placed on Friday will be shipped Monday or the next business day if a holiday is the next day.
• All Special Order pieces will be shipped upon arrival of the product or as requested by the purchaser.
• Any orders paid via check, or money order will not ship until proof of funds is available.
• Saturday delivery is only available upon request. For Saturday delivery please contact us at 1-425-258-2302.
• Customer has 3 business days to report any missing or damaged parts from date of receiving any merchandise.
• All international orders must be placed via phone.
• Shipping Time is calculated in BUSINESS DAYS, and does not include Saturdays, Sundays, and/or FEDEX/UPS shipping holidays.
• SecurFocus, Inc., reserves the right to refuse any order for any reason.


Damaged/Lost/Delayed Shipments:
SecurFocus, Inc. is not responsible for items that may be damaged, or lost by the shipping company, or "carrier" (FedEx, UPS,USPS). All shipments are insured up to $100.00, and USPS is insured up to $500.00, but additional insurance can be purchased. All products and packaging should be carefully inspected upon receipt and any damage should be brought to the carrier's attention. If necessary, purchaser should alert the carrier and SecurFocus, Inc. that a claim needs to be filed for that shipment. SecurFocus, Inc. has no control over the timeliness of the shipments and cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by the carrier. If necessary, SecurFocus, Inc. will aid in the filing of an appropriate claim with the carrier in the event of loss, damage, or shipping delay.


Non Defective Returns:
All non defective equipment can be returned for full credit (minus a 10% or $25.00 restocking fee whichever is more) of the merchandise within 20 days of purchase. The following guidelines must be met for consideration of return.
• Must contact our offices within 20 Days of date of purchase. We do not accept returns after 20 days. No exceptions unless authorized before purchase.
• Must have a valid Return Authorization Number. To get a Return Authorization Number please contact our offices at 425-258-2302.
• All returns must be post marked within 5 business days from the issue date of the Return Authorization Number. Packages not post marked within 5 business days of issue date of the Return Authorization Number may be rejected by the returns department.
• Equipment must not be altered or tampered in attempt to modify circuitry.
• The box must have the UPC on the box (not have been cut off) and the box not damaged or cut. Original merchandise box must not be defaced or altered in any way.
• All returned merchandise must be in original carton with all manufacturers included accessories, manuals and instructions. Missing accessories will result in a reduced credit amount by the actual replacement cost of those items.


Defective Equipment:
Any goods which prove to be defective within 365 days of delivery may be exchanged for a replacement of the same model. After 365 days all equipment warranty is only valid through the manufacturer only. The following guidelines must be met for consideration of return.
Any goods defective from neglect, misuse, incidental or consequential damages will not be covered by warranty.
• Contact our offices within 365 Days at 1-425-258-2302 for a return authorization number. No returned merchandise will be accepted without a valid return authorization number on the shipping label.
• All defective returns must be post marked within 5 business days from the issue date of the Return Authorization Number. Packages not post marked within 5 business days of issue date of the Return Authorization Number may be rejected by the returns department.
• All returned merchandise must be in original carton with all manufacturers included accessories along with the manuals and instructions. Missing accessories will result in a charge of the actual replacement cost of those items.
• If merchandise returned as defective proves to not be defective a representative will contact the customer to send the unit back to the customer.
• The box must have the UPC on the box (not have been cut off) and the box not damaged or cut. Original merchandise box must not be defaced or altered in any way.
• Merchandise initially shipped 'double-boxed' must be returned to SecurFocus, Inc. in like fashion. The order will be processed once we have received the defective equipment.
* Please note that customer has 3 business days to report any missing or damaged parts from date of delivery. All defective reshipments will be sent UPS Ground. Customers can upgrade the defective reshipment at their cost upon request. A hold will be placed on the purchasers credit card for the amount of the replacement part. Once the returned equipment is received by our warehouse the hold will be released.

* Please note customer (purchaser) is responsible for all return shipping charges and processes regardless of reason for return. We recommend placing insurance on return shipments. SecurFocus, Inc. is not responsible for any lost or stolen return packages.

Credits will be posted to the appropriate account within 14 business days of receipt of equipment. Packages should be mailed to the address below with the Return Authorization on the outside of the box. SecurFocus, Inc.

Properly returned defective merchandise will be replaced without a charge as long as all parts, accessories, and manuals are returned in proper fashion. Any merchandise that arrives damaged requires special attention. In the event this occurs, please call immediately. If you have any questions, please call us at 1-425-258-2302

International returns may require duty fees or brokerage fees depending on the carrier of choice. SecurFocus, Inc. assumes no responsibility for duty or brokerage fees for any shipments both outbound or return shipments. International customers are responsible for all duty, customs and brokerage fees.

PLEASE NOTE THAT ALL EQUIPMENT MUST BE IN THE ORIGINAL BOXES WITH THE MANUALS, INSTRUCTIONS AND ACCESSORIES IN ORDER TO ACCEPT ANY RETURNS. ANY EQUIPMENT NOT RETURNED IN THE ORIGINAL UNALTERED BOXES WITH THE UPC BAR CODE WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED FOR RETURN.
